After graduating from AVPA in 2009, Svetlana majored in Communications Design, Advertising Art Direction at the Pratt Institute in New York City.

She is currently a Product Lead at Adform, a global ad tech company headquartered in Copenhagen. She drives strategy and roadmap development for advertiser and agency solutions, focusing on omnichannel, measurement and identity, while leading commercialization efforts and go-to-market initiatives.

Previously, Svetlana served as Vice President of Insights & Design Strategy at Citibank’s Innovation Lab, where she partnered with Citi Ventures and senior executives to design and launch new digital products, leveraging research and UX strategy to shape customer experiences. Earlier in her career, she was a Senior Strategist at Ogilvy & Mather, working in-house at IBM, where she created global campaigns for IBM Watson, piloted early applications of generative AI and machine learning, and drove thought leadership initiatives recognized across industries. She has also held leadership roles at European start-ups like Spirii, Linkfire and Pleo, where she built and scaled product marketing and design teams, launched new platforms, and published industry-leading reports.

Svetlana currently splits her time living in Copenhagen and New York City. She believes the BCA alumni network is a powerful way to connect, inspire and celebrate our community, and she is excited to help bring alumni together through fun social events.
